featuring our Perfectly Crafted Brioche Style Butter Rolls

 

Ingredients

  • 1½ packages of Nature’s Own Perfectly Crafted Brioche Style Butter Rolls (18 rolls)

  • 1 cup of white sugar

  • 1 cup light brown sugar

  • 2 sticks of unsalted butter

  • 2 teaspoons of cinnamon

 
 

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Grease a Bundt pan with cooking spray or butter and set aside.

  2. In a bowl, mix the white sugar and cinnamon together.

  3. Separate the pre-sliced rolls and roll each slice into balls, creating 36 individual dough balls.

  4. Melt ½ cup of butter, then roll each dough ball through the butter before coating with the cinnamon-sugar mixture.

  5. In a small pot, melt the remaining butter. Once melted, add 1 cup light brown sugar and bring to a boil for 1 minute.   

  6. Place each roll into the well-greased Bundt pan. Pour gooey brown sugar + butter mixture on top of rolls evenly, allowing the mixture to run off the tops and sides and into the bottom of the pan.

  7. Cook for 30-40 minutes to allow sugars to melt and caramelize.

  8. Let cool slightly before turning out or bread will fall apart.
