Hasselback Garlic and Herb Cheese Bread

Ingredients

  • 12 Nature’s Own Perfectly Crafted Brioche Style Butter Rolls

  • 8 tablespoons melted butter

  • 3 small cloves garlic, minced

  • 2 tablespoons fresh chopped parsley

  • 2 tablespoons fresh chopped chives

  • 1 tablespoon fresh chopped oregano

  • 2 cups shredded mozzarella

  • ½ cup grated Parmesan

 
 

Directions:

  1. Grease a 9 x 13 dish. You could also use a greased oven-safe 12-inch skillet.  

  2.  Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

  3.  Arrange rolls in your chosen dish.

  4. Use a serrated knife to make 3 to 4 slices ¾ of an inch down, being careful not to cut all the way through the rolls.

  5.  Mix melted butter, garlic, and herbs together.

  6.  Using a brush, paint the rolls with the butter mixture, making sure to get it inside the slices.

  7.  Stuff the slices with the shredded mozzarella.

  8.  Top with Parmesan and place in the oven for 10-15 minutes till cheese is bubbly.

  9.  For each roll, or 3 to 4 slices total?
