Ingredients

• 4 slices of Nature's Own Butterbread

• 4 slices of Ham

• 2 leaves of Lettuce

• 2 sliced Roma Tomatoes

• 4 slices of American Cheese

• 6 Slices of Cucumber

• 1 green onion

• 1 cherry tomato

• toothpicks

Directions

Make 2 ham and cheese sandwiches and 2 lettuce and cheese sandwiches.

Cut the cherry tomato in half

Cut a couple of green onion circles for the eyes.

Using a small biscuit or cookie cutter about the size of the Roma tomato and cucumber, punch out round sandwiches, two rounds per sandwich.

Arrange the sandwiches on their side, alternating a slice of cucumber and tomato between each.

Use a toothpick to secure.

Place half a cherry tomato on each end.

Using a small amount of mayonnaise or cream cheese, glue the green onion rounds to the cherry tomato for the eyes.
