Open-faced Smoked Salmon Toasts

Ingredients:

  • 6 Slices of Nature’s Own Perfectly Crafted Soft Rye Bread, toasted

  • 1 package of smoked salmon

  • ½ red onion, thinly sliced

  • 2 Roma tomatoes, sliced

  • ½ cucumber, sliced

  • Black olives, sliced

  • 2 radishes, sliced

  • 1 lemon

  • Dill, chives and/or green onions, chopped

  • 8 oz. cream cheese, softened

  • 2 green onions, thinly sliced

  • ¼ cup carrot, finely chopped

  • ¼ teaspoon onion powder

  • ¼ teaspoon salt

  • ¼ cup red bell pepper, finely chopped

  • ¼ teaspoon black pepper

 
 

Directions:

  1. In a small bowl, combine cream cheese, carrots, green onion, onion powder, salt, red bell pepper, and black pepper.

  2. Spread cream cheese on toasted Nature’s Own Perfectly Crafted Soft Rye bread. Layer a few pieces of smoked salmon and squeeze lemon.

  3. Top with tomato, red onion, cucumber, black olives, and radish.

  4. Sprinkle with fresh herbs, salt, and pepper.
