Monkey Bread Bites

featuring our Perfectly Crafted Brioche Style Butter Rolls

 

Ingredients

  • 1 package of Nature’s Own Perfectly Crafted Brioche Style Butter Rolls (12 rolls)

  • 1 cup white granulated sugar

  • 1 cup brown sugar

  • 1 bottle of caramel

  • 2 sticks of butter

  • 2 teaspoons cinnamon

 
 

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 350 F.

  2. In a bowl, mix the brown sugar, white sugar, and cinnamon together.

  3. Take each roll and slice horizontally but not all the way open. Take first stick of butter and slice into small square slices. Place a slice in each roll and sprinkle about a spoon full of the sugar mixture on top of the butter slice in the roll.  

  4. In a small pot, melt the remaining butter. Once melted, add the remaining sugar mixture into the melted butter and stir until brown.

  5. Place rolls top side up on a nonstick sheet pan with cooking spray. Pour gooey mixture on top of rolls evenly, allowing mixture to run off the tops, sides and onto the bottom of the pan.

  6. Cook for 15 minutes to allow sugars to melt and caramelize.

  7. Let it cool slightly before popping bread out onto a cake stand or plate.

  8. Drizzle caramel glaze over slightly cooled Monkey Bread Bites and enjoy.
