Chicken Crack Sandwich

Ingredients

  • 8 slices Nature’s Own Keto Soft White Bread

  • 1.5 lbs boneless skinless chicken breast

  • 1 packet ranch seasoning

  • 1 8 ounce cream cheese

  • 3 slices cooked bacon, crumbled

  • 1/2 cup cheddar cheese

  • 2 tablespoons of butter, softened

 
 

Directions

  1. In a slow cooker add the chicken to the bottom. Sprinkle with dry ranch seasoning. Top with cream cheese. Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or high for 4 hours long.

  2. Shred the chicken.

  3. Top with bacon and sprinkle with cheese. Cover until melted.

  4. Butter one side of each piece of bread and heat the skillet to medium.

  5. Take one piece of bread and spoon a generous portion of chicken on the non-buttered side.

  6. Top with a slice of bread, butter on the outside. Place in skillet.

  7. Cook each side till golden brown. Enjoy
