Cobb Salad Sandwich

Ingredients

  • 8 Slices of of Nature’s Own Keto Soft White Bread

  • 2 large boneless chicken breasts

  • 2 tablespoons olive oil

  • 2 teaspoons paprika

  • 2 teaspoons salt

  • 1 teaspoon black pepper

  • 1 teaspoon onion powder

  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder

  • 8 pieces of cooked market-style bacon

  • 1 block of blue cheese

  • 1 avocado

  • 4 hard boiled eggs

  • 1 head of green leaf or butter lettuce

  • 1 red onion

  • 2 large slicer tomatoes

  • 1 jar mayonaise

 
 

Directions

  1. Preheat a skillet on the stove over medium-high heat. In a small bowl, stir together paprika, salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder to form a rub. Drizzle both sides of the chicken with olive oil and then sprinkle the rub generously over the chicken.

  2. Drizzle the preheated skillet with olive oil and immediately place the chicken in the skillet. Cook throroughly and let cool.Slice into 1/4 inch slices.

  3. Toast the slices of Nature’s Own Keto Soft White Bread.

  4. Assemble sandwiches by adding a generous portion of mayonaise on each half of the sandwich. Starting on the bottom, layer chicken, then bacon, thin slices of red onion, slices of blue cheese, slices of hardboiled eggs, avocado, tomato and finally top with leafy lettuce.

  5. Slice each sandwich in half and enjoy.
