Classic Club with Homemade Honey Mustard
featuring our Perfectly Crafted Sourdough Bread
Timing: 10 minutes | Yields 6 servings
Ingredients
12 slices of Nature's Own Perfectly Crafted Sourdough bread - lightly toasted
1/2 lb Turkey - sliced thin
1/2 lb Ham - sliced thin
Bacon - cooked to crispy
1/4 head of Iceberg lettuce - washed and separated
2 Sliced tomatoes - washed, sliced, and sprinkled with salt
Honey Mustard Ingredients:1/3 cup mayonnaise
2 tablespoons honey
2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
1 tablespoon yellow mustard
1-1/2 teaspoons lemon juice
Directions
Combine Honey Mustard ingredients in a small bowl.
Using a knife spread a generous portion of honey mustard on one side of each piece of toasted bread.
Each sandwich will require three pieces of bread.
Begin stacking your ingredient from bottom to top. Layer turkey, tomato, and ham then a piece of bread.
Add bacon and lettuce and top with the last slice of bread.
Cut into fourths and secure with a toothpick or cocktail pick.
