Lamb Burger Club Sandwich

Ingredients:
1 pound ground lamb
1/4 cup dry bread crumbs
1/4 cup finely chopped red onion
1/4 cup crumbled feta cheese
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 teaspoon ground cumin
1/2 teaspoon ground coriander
1/4 teaspoon ground allspice
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
1 pkg. Nature’s Own Perfectly Crafted Artisan Flats (4 ct)
1/2 cup hummus
1/2 medium cucumber, thinly sliced (1 cup)
1 medium tomato, sliced
1/4 cup halved kalamata olives
Directions:
Preheat oven to broil. In a medium bowl crumble ground lamb and add bread crumbs, red onion, feta cheese, garlic, ground cumin, ground coriander, ground allspice, salt, and black pepper. Mix just until combined. Form into 4 6-x3-x1/4-inch oval patties.
Spray a broiler pan with nonstick cooking spray. Place patties on pan. Broil 5 to 6-inches from broiler for 4 to 6 minutes turning once, until browned and internal temperature is 160°F.
Spread Artisan Flats with the hummus. Top with cucumber, lamb burgers, tomato, and kalamata olives. Fold Bistro Flats overfilling.
