Pepperoni and Hot Honey Flatbread Pizza

Featuring our Perfectly Crafted Flatbreads

 

Yields 2-4 Servings

 

Ingredients:

  • 1 package Nature’s Own Artisan Flats™ Flatbreads

  • 1/3 cup honey

  • 2 teaspoons sriracha sauce*

  • 6 tablespoons marinara or pizza sauce

  • 12 small slices of fresh mozzarella (4 oz)

  • 20 slices pepperoni (1½ oz)

  • Fresh basil

  • Red pepper flakes

 

Directions:

  1. Heat oven to 400ºF and line a baking sheet with foil. Place Nature’s Own Artisan Flats™ Flatbreads on foil and bake for 5 minutes.

  2. While flatbreads bake heat honey and sriracha in a saucepan or the microwave, just until hot. Set aside.

  3. Remove flatbreads from the oven, spread each with 3 tablespoons marinara. Add 5 pieces of pepperoni to each flatbread, top with mozzarella, then add remaining pepperoni to pizzas. Return to the oven for 5 minutes until cheese is melted and pepperoni is hot.

  4. Top baked flatbreads with torn basil and red pepper flakes. Drizzle with some hot honey to serve.

    *For less spice, reduce sriracha to 1 teaspoon.
