Greek Lamb Sliders
featuring our Perfectly Crafted Brioche Style Butter Rolls

Ingredients:
1 lb ground lamb and/or beef
2/3 cup crumbled feta cheese
2 Tbsp finely chopped red onion
2 Tbsp snipped fresh mint
3 cloves garlic, minced
1 tsp dried oregano, crushed
1 tsp lemon zest
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp ground black pepper
1 Tbsp extra-virgin olive oil
12 each thin tomato and cucumber slices
12 Nature's Own Brioche Style Butter Buns, split and toasted
1 8-oz carton purchased tzatziki sauce
Directions:
In a large bowl, crumble lamb and/or beef. Add feta cheese, red onion, mint, garlic, oregano, lemon zest, salt, and black pepper. Mix just until well combined. Form into 12 meatballs.
Heat an extra-large skillet over medium heat and add 1 Tbsp. olive oil. Add meatballs and cook 12 - 15 minutes, turning occasionally, until cooked through or 165°F. Add more oil, if needed.
To assemble sliders, place tomato and cucumber slice on each bottom bun. Top with meatballs, tzatziki sauce, and top of the bun.
