Gourmet Garlic Dog

4 Servings

Ingredients:

  • 4 Perfectly Crafted Brioche Style Hotdog Buns

  • 4 large beef frankfurters

  • 4 slices of bacon 

  • 1/2 cup of arugula, rinsed

  • 1/4 small red onion, thinly sliced 

  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise 

  • 1 clove of garlic, minced

  • 1 tsp lemon juice

  • 1/8 tsp Dijon mustard

  • Salt and pepper to taste

  • Butter


Instructions:

Cook bacon until crisps.

While bacon is cooking, in a small bowl stir together
mayonnaise, garlic, lemon juice, salt, pepper, and Dijon mustard until combined to make garlic mayonnaise mixture.

Once bacon is done, wipe pan, add the butter, and heat until foamy. In shifts, toast buns and grill hot dogs in pan. Add more butter each time you add new hot dogs and buns. Allow buns to form a nice brown crust.

Place hot dogs in toasted buns. Spoon some of the garlic mayonnaise mixture onto each hot dog and top with sliced onions and arugula.

Grilled peach burger

4 Servings

Ingredients:

  • 4 Perfectly Crafted Brioche Style Hamburger Buns

  • 1lb ground beef (or meat substitute)

  • 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce 

  • 1/2 small onion, finely grated

  • 1 garlic clove, minced 

  • 1 tsp fresh ginger root, minced 

  • 1/2 tsp salt

  • 1/2 tsp pepper 

  • 4 oz of goat cheese or any cheese of your liking 

  • 4 to 8 slices of bacon, cooked till crisp

  • 1 cup of arugula 

  • 1/2 small red onion, thinly sliced

  • 3 peaches, skinned and sliced


Instructions:

In a bowl, combine ground beef, Worcestershire sauce, grated onion, garlic, ginger, salt, and pepper.

Form four patties and grill them. Remove patties and place peaches on grill, turning once – about one minute on each side. You can also toast your bun on the grill at this time if you prefer a toasted bun. Remove peaches and buns from the grill.

Starting with the patty, stack your burger with arugula, bacon, peaches, goat cheese, and onions.
