Chicken Tikka Masala Wrap

Ingredients:
Four Nature’s Own Perfectly Crafted Artisan Flats
1.5 pounds chicken thighs or breast, but into 1” cubes
1-2 tablespoons olive oil
Salt and freshly ground black pepper
1 clove garlic, minced
Tikka Masala Simmering Sauce
1 tablespoon butter
2 tablespoons cream
1 tablespoon yogurt
1 tomato, sliced in half then thick slices
½ onion, sliced
Directions:
Heat large skillet on medium heat. Add olive oil.
Season chicken with salt and pepper. Add to sauté pan. Cook until it begins to brown. Add cloves of garlic and cook until fragrant, about 30 seconds.
Add Tikka Masala Simmering Sauce to chicken. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat to simmer for about 10 minutes, stirring occasionally. Turn off heat and stir in yogurt.
In a separate skillet, heat a small splash of olive oil until right when it begins to smoke. Place Perfectly Crafted Artisan Flats in the pan one at a time and heat for about 30 seconds until it starts to brown. Flip over and brown the other side.
Place Artisan Flat on a plate, spoon in Chicken Tikka Masala, top with onion and tomato.
Fold into a wrap and serve!
