Ingredients

  • 6 - Nature's Own Brioche Style Rolls

  • 1 lb ground beef

  • 2 Tablespoons butter, melted

  • 1 Tablespoon sesame seeds

  • 1/2 a small white onion, finely diced

  • 6 dill pickle chips

  • 1/4 head iceberg lettuce, shredded

  • 6 slices American cheese

Sauce:

  •  1/2 cup of miracle whip

  • 3 Tablespoons French dressing

  • 1/2 Tablespoon sweet relish

  • 1 1/2 Tablespoon dill relish

  • 1 teaspoon sugar

  • 1 teaspoon dried minced onion

  • 1 teaspoon white vinegar

  • 1 teaspoon ketchup

  • salt to taste

 
 

Directions:

  • Preheat oven to 350

  • Combine sauce ingredients and let stand for 30 minutes in the fridge.

  • Flatten ground beef in a 9 x 13 pan, season with salt and pepper, and place in the oven for 20 minutes

  • Remove beef from the oven and let stand for 5 minutes to cool. With a knife cut meat into 12 equal squares

  • Form an assembly line with the 6 bottoms of the rolls.

  • Spread sauce on the bottom of each roll, add beef, sprinkle onion, dill pickle, cheese, spread sauce on the bottom of the middle section of the roll, and place on top of the cheese.

  • Next, add beef, sprinkle onion, cheese, and shredded lettuce, spread sauce on the bottom of the top of the roll.
