Tuna Cabbage Slaw Sandwich

Ingredients:

slices of Nature's Own Honey Wheat Bread

1

(5-ounce) can chunk light tuna, chilled

3/4

cup coleslaw mix or shredded green cabbage

1

green onion, minced (optional)

1

tablespoon reduced-fat mayonnaise

1

tablespoon reduced-fat sour cream

1/2

teaspoon honey

1/2

teaspoon red wine vinegar

1/4

teaspoon jalapeño pepper sauce

1/8

teaspoon salt

1)

Drain tuna and place in medium bowl, breaking up any large chunks of tuna. Add coleslaw mix and green onion, if desired.

Stir together mayonnaise, sour cream, honey, vinegar, pepper sauce and salt. Add to tuna mixture and toss lightly until well mixed.

3)

Top 1 bread slice with lettuce leaf and tuna mixture. Close sandwich and cut into halves.
