1 | (5-ounce) can chunk light tuna, chilled |
3/4 | cup coleslaw mix or shredded green cabbage |
1 | green onion, minced (optional) |
1 | tablespoon reduced-fat mayonnaise |
1 | tablespoon reduced-fat sour cream |
1/2 | teaspoon honey |
1/2 | teaspoon red wine vinegar |
1/4 | teaspoon jalapeño pepper sauce |
1/8 | teaspoon salt |

Drain tuna and place in medium bowl, breaking up any large chunks of tuna. Add coleslaw mix and green onion, if desired. |

Stir together mayonnaise, sour cream, honey, vinegar, pepper sauce and salt. Add to tuna mixture and toss lightly until well mixed. |

Top 1 bread slice with lettuce leaf and tuna mixture. Close sandwich and cut into halves. |
