Prep: 15 minutes | Bake: 20 minutes | Total Time: 35 minutes

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup apricot preserves

  • 1 Tbsp butter, melted

  • 12 Nature's Own Brioche Style Butter Buns, split

  • 12 oz very thinly sliced cooked ham

  • 6 oz Brie cheese, thinly sliced

  • 1/4 cup butter

  • 2 Tbsp packed brown sugar

  • 1 Tbsp coarse ground mustard

  • 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F. Lightly coat a 13x9x2-inch baking pan with nonstick cooking spray; set aside. In a small bowl, combine preserves and melted butter,  breaking up any large pieces of fruit; set aside.

  2. Arrange roll bottoms, cut sides up, in an even layer in prepared pan. Spread each roll bottom with 2 tsp of jam mixture. Divide ham and cheese evenly among the roll bottoms (about 1 oz ham and 1/2 oz cheese per sandwich), folding ham as necessary to fit. Add roll tops.

  3. For the topping: In a small saucepan, melt the 1/4 cup butter over medium heat. Remove from heat; whisk in brown sugar, mustard, and Worcestershire sauce. Using a pastry brush, coat roll tops with topping.

  4. Bake sliders, uncovered, for 20 minutes or until cheese is melted and sliders are lightly toasted and heated through.

Make Ahead Tip:

Once sliders have been assembled, but before the topping is made, cover tightly with plastic wrap and refrigerate up to 24 hours. Just before baking, prepare the topping. Brush and bake as above.
