NATURE'S OWN TO APPEAR ON LIFETIME'S "THE BALANCING ACT"
THOMASVILLE, GA (April 22, 2008) - Nutrition therapist Dr. Karin Kratina and Nature's Own, the country's best-selling brand of soft variety breads, will be featured on an upcoming edition of "The BALANCING Act," a television series dedicated to addressing issues facing today's professional women. The Nature's Own segment will air on the LIFETIME cable network at 7:00 a.m. (Eastern) on May 7.
This edition of "The BALANCING Act" explores the topic "My Family: Healthy, Nutritious, and Delicious." Dr. Kratina, a nutrition therapist from Gainesville, Fla., shares insights into the importance of breakfast in overall health and how to incorporate healthy foods into the first meal of the day.
