Nature's Own 12 Grain Specialty Bread is packed with heart-healthy whole grains that are good for you and taste great, too. Unlike many other breads on the market, each Nature’s Own specialty loaf has the number of whole grain grams per slice prominently displayed on its package, so you know how many servings of whole grains you’re getting. Each slice of Nature's Own 12 Grain Specialty Bread contains 21 grams of whole grain. Nature's Own is now HFCS-free. For many years, Nature’s Own has offered a number of breads and buns that did not contain high-fructose corn syrup (HFCS). Now, in response to consumer requests, Nature’s Own has removed HFCS from all its bread and bun varieties—including Whitewheat. Look for "No high fructose corn syrup" on the packaging.
