1 loaf Natures Own 100% Whole Wheat or Honey Wheat Bread
1 loaf Sunbeam, Bunny or ButterKrust White Bread
1 8-ounce package cream cheese
1 cup grated carrots
1/2 cup chopped pecans
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
Dash garlic salt
1-3 drops hot sauce
Dash salt

  1. Trim crust from bread slices.
  2. In a medium bowl, combine the cream cheese, carrots, pecans, Worcestershire sauce, garlic salt, hot sauce, and salt.
  3. Spread the mixture on the Nature’s Own bread slices; top each with a Sunbeam, Bunny, or ButterKrust slice.
  4. Starting at one end, roll the sandwich up tightly, jelly-roll fashion.
  5. Using a serrated knife, slice each roll into pinwheels about a 1/2-inch thick.
